Excellent food, just try one of their two San Diego restaurants. For the reception we ordered Steamboat Round, Kalua Pig, Teri Chicken Filet, Vegetable Yakisoba, and Red Rice and rented the chafing dishes. Plus, Ferdie Morales himself oversaw the serving of the food and other general services. Also highly recommended.

Good cake, but not as special as the cake served, so this was for display only. They do have good sheet cake available, which is not too sweet and has tropical fruits. The store we used is on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in San Diego.
